- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website www.718attorney.com (the "Site") and any services provided by 718Attorney.com (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by this End User Agreement ("Agreement"). 6.5. Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
6.6. Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Services;
6.7. Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;
6.8. Violating any applicable law or regulation.
- Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 718Attorney.com and its licensors.
7.2. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of 718Attorney.com.
- User Content
8.1. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
8.2. You grant 718Attorney.com a license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Services.
- Termination
9.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement.
9.2. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
10.1. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10.2. 718Attorney.com does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall 718Attorney.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Agreement on this page. You are advised to review this Agreement periodically for any changes.
